I, Willie James Carter, was born on July 19, 1963, in Miami, Florida to my parents the late Tommy Lee Carter Sr. and Lola Mae Green who proceeded me in death. I, Willie James Carter, am affectionately known to many as COONIE, I am a huge fan of the Miami Hurricanes. I loved to fish and ride my four wheelers.
As my name was called on May 22, 2022, at North Florida Regional, I began to think about my family and friends that I will leave behind.
