Reese Willie

There is a season for everything.  There is a time to live and a time to depart.  That time came for Willie Reese on Monday, March 7th, 2022, at UF Shand’s Hospital, Gainesville, Florida.

Brother Willie Reese was born July 15th, 1945, to the late Wilbur Reese, Sr., and the late Emma Lee Reese in Micanopy, Florida.  He was the fifth child born to this union.  Preceding him in death, one sister Alease Cobarris, one brother Wilbur Reese, Jr. and a beloved wife Emma Reese of Micanopy, Florida.

He was educated in the Alachua County Public Schools and retired from Franklin Crate Mill in Micanopy, Florida.

To some he will be forgotten, to others just part of the past, but to us who loved and lost him, His memory will always last.  Those that love him and will miss him most:  Four bro brothers and three sisters – Jessie (Elder Bertha) Reese, Sr., Spring Hill, Florida; Moses (Joanne) Reese, Gainesville, Florida, Louise Martin, Micanopy Florida, Emma Latson, Gainesville, Florida, Rosa Lee Wright, Micanopy Florida.  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
