He was born to the late Lillie Mae Roberts and Willie Gilbert Roberts in Palmetto, Florida. He attended the Manatee Public School System. Michael job history was in laboring where he worked as a boat builder for many years. I will forever be remembered by my devoted wife Rev. Shirley Roberts. Eight Children; Gerrenda, Harrell, Chrisadra Roberts, Nekita Santacruz, Lashana Jones, James Robinson, Matthew Scott, Keyron Hampton and Joshua Hampton, 27 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grands.Father in Law: Chester Mitchell (Cora). Sisters; Jameta Roberts, Louise Stuckey and Lois Bird. One brother Eugene Roberts. Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 07, 2021 at Mount Pedro Baptist Church,(20520 County Rd 329, Micanopy, Fl). The family is asking that you wear facial covering, view, sign register book and immediate EXIT the building for the safety of our family and community. Services will be held in Palmetto, Florida on Saturday, January 09, 2021 ,11;00 am at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church (507 21st Street East Palmetto, Florida 34221). Facial covering and social distancing will be observed.
