The family of Hazel Strickland sadly announce her passing on December 17, 2022, in Gainesville, Florida. She will be missed by many. Her memories will be cherished by her children, Anna Simmons, Kamesha Campbell, Dorothy Strickland, Lashawn Strickland and Kiosha Houston; her father, Nathaniel Olliff; 8 grandchildren, Loryn Jones, Charles Jones, Janiya Jones, Darious Jones, Kamora Strickland, Kaiden Gladden, Kyhal Robinson and Makayla Hill; her siblings, Jacqueline Gumbs and Michael Hooks. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Shirley Olliff and Johnny King.
