David Pell was born in New Orleans, Louisiane in 1964. His familly sadly announce his passing which occured on July 10, 2023. At the time of his demise he resided in Bushnell, Florida. He is survived by son, Robert Burge (Friendswood, TX), sister, Dana Pell and 4 grandchildren.
